No promised outcomes
The Department of Home Affairs decides every visa application. Assessing authorities and regulators make their own decisions on skills assessments, recognition and licensing. No one can promise you an outcome, and nothing on this site should be read as one.
Rules change
Every rule on this site carries a date and a source, and the information was current at 22 October 2026. Charges, thresholds and processing arrangements change, often on 1 July. Always check the official source, such as the Department of Home Affairs, before you act. Announced changes that are not in force are marked as such.
Other countries
We do not give information or advice on the immigration law of any country other than Australia. Advice for other countries must come from someone licensed in that country.
